Payments for services are due at the time of your visit. Cash, personal check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are all accepted. A credit card number will be needed to reserve your appointment. No charge will be incurred until your visit, or unless you fail to meet with the cancellation policy. A $30 fee will be incurred for returned checks.
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Due to our limited availability and respect for our time, we strictly enforce a minimum of 24 hours to cancel single service appointments and 48 hours notice for multiple service bookings. If you are booked for multiple services on a Saturday, then we require 72 hours advance notice. Clients cancelling with less notice than the above will be charged for their services reserved in full.
A credit will be granted within 14 days of your purchase if you are dissatisfied with a product. If there is an allergic reaction, you will know within 48 hours and should report this to me so that we can rectify the problem right away.
