We start with brushing on a Honey Heel Glaze with natural lactic acid to soften and exfoliate cracked, dry skin. Next, we massage in one of our nourishing and protective shea butter based body balms, followed by a warm, steaming towel wrap to lock all the moisture in.

Treatment begins with warm drizzling of Agave Nectar Oil, massaging major pressure points followed by light twisting and pulling of the hair which relieves stress and is incredibly relaxing. Calming to dry, itchy scalp and opens up hair follicles, and repairing damage. 

Reflexology is an ancient art of massaging reflex areas and pressure points in the feet bringing harmony and balance to the entire body.
