Advanced Education (Open to Non-Employees)

We also teach private, in-person, one-on-one advanced skills classes for licensed aestheticians who want to upskill—even if you’re not seeking employment with us.

Operations Manager (Admin → Manager Track)


Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Status: Full-Time | Hourly → Salary Track | Bonus Eligible

The Skin Clinique is Sonoma County’s leading clinical-luxury skincare studio. We specialize in advanced facials, acne correction, chemical peels, permanent makeup, and post-surgical healing — with 30+ years of results-driven expertise.

We are scaling, and we’re seeking a career-minded professional to join us on an Administrative Assistant → Operations Manager growth track. This role begins at the administrative level and is designed to evolve into a full management position within 6–9 months.

This role is part of a mentorship-driven career pathway. Our founder, Jody Harm, personally trains every candidate — teaching advanced business, leadership, and client care skills you won’t learn in school. By next year, The Skin Clinique will be shifting to an absentee-owner model — which means YOU will be central in running the studio’s operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee client scheduling, bookings, and reception (Mindbody software)
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock flow
  • Support seasonal events (planning, execution, revenue goals)
  • Oversee review acquisition and online reputation (Google reviews, responses)
  • Assist with email campaigns (Constant Contact) & light social media (Google, Instagram posts)
  • Track and report performance KPI’s (monthly & quarterly)
  • Support aestheticians and ensure guest experience excellence

Skills & Requirements

  • Prior salon, spa, or beauty retail experience preferred
  • MAC, Excel, Word, Canva required
  • Mindbody + Constant Contact familiarity a bonus
  • Polished, professional, and approachable
  • Excellent multitasker, quick thinker, and natural problem-solver
  • Loves skincare, understands the client journey, and connects well with people

Compensation & Growth Path

  • Phase 1: Training (0–3 months): $20–$24/hr DOE
  • Phase 2: Admin Lead (3–6 months): $24–$28/hr DOE
  • Phase 3: Operations Manager (6–9 months): $55k–$65k salary
  • Bonus Eligibility: $500–$750 quarterly based on financial growth KPI’s (meeting revenue goals, review acquisition, successful events, demand increase)
  • Annual Bonus: $2,000–$3,000 if goals exceeded consistently
